All Ages Women's Boot Camp Class

Ladies come out and enjoy an interactive group training circuit style class. You will learn how to safely and effectively perform functional strengthening and cardiovascular exercises to get your heart rate up, burn fat, and strengthen your entire body in just 1 hour. Studies show group training increases your likelihood of sticking with a program. Come on out and join in the fun in a state of the art brand new private fitness facility!

Partner Fitness

Enjoy the fitness benefits and results with a partner. Research shows that having a partner or group to train with increases the likelihood of adhering to a fitness regimen. Create a stronger friendship, partnership, bond with your colleague, friend, spouse, or family member and do so at a reduce rate compared to personal training rates.

Partner Training Consists of:

1. Fitness Assessment and Periodic Follow-up Assessments Include:
- Body Composition Measurements (Circumference, Height, Weight)
2. Flexibility Training
3. Cardiorespiratory Training
4. Core Training
5. Balance Training
6. Speed, Agility, and Quickness (for athletes)
7. Resistance Training
8. Basic Nutrition Guidance (See Nutritionist for specific guidance)

Programs are developed based on general goals of the partners and modifications may be made for each individual however; this is not a customized program for each individual as personal training provides.
