Massage Therapist - Christina Dalforno, HHP

Christina Dalforno

Other than being born in Omaha, Nebraska where my father attended medical school, I have lived my life in Southern California. Now practicing massage therapy for 14 years, I established Reverse Effects, Inc in 2005 and achieved my Holistic Health Practitioner’s License in 2007 (I still continue to study at Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute!). Having grown up in a western medical world with my father, Pediatrician Dr. Vic Dalforno, and my mother, an R.N., it doesn’t surprise me that I stayed close to what I know…albeit with a twist!

After going through my holistic health training, I realized that a huge gap existed between what I thought was “healthy” and where I really needed to be in my daily routine to actually “be” healthy. In my career, I get to see many forms of healthy! It has helped me to gently incorporate new ideas and to interpret health in new ways. This includes a better understanding of the phenomenal spectrum from the person who does everything “right” and still has high blood pressure to the person who does everything “wrong” and has no unwanted symptoms at 80! Each of us has the balance point, the place where we feel good…the trick is to find that place for you. My hope is that I can facilitate finding and creating that balance for those who receive from the group of practitioners I have assembled.

Over the last 3.5 years I have dedicated my time to developing a holistic spa that combines accurate information and integrity of practice. I have selected skincare, mineral and sunscreen products that perform outstandingly as far as ingredient integrity, results and low toxicity. I have also had familial help in launching a website and web store.

Please feel free to call or email, and to schedule an appointment with us soon! We offer massage therapy of many modalities, nutrition consultation, yoga, facials for every need and excellent hair removal services!
